HOW TO ORDER

• Your order form will be automatically filled out by the website when you click on the item and place it into the shopping cart.

• After completing the payment and shipping pages you will click to complete the transaction.

• The first email that you will receive will be a confirmation that your intention to order has been received and passed to us at Jenny M.

• The second email that you will receive will be from Jenny M. and will inform you as to whether your order has been successful or not.

* ITEMS FROM STOCK *

• Your items that you have successfully ordered will then be dispatched within 3-4 working days.

* MADE TO ORDER *

• Your items that you have successfully ordered will then be made within 4 weeks. 

• All of our clothes are individually made especially for you in 4 weeks, except for our special collection of cashmere and pointelle which, if in stock, can be delivered within 3-4 days of your order

   The individual service offers you the opportunity to choose the style, colour and size which will then be made with your name inscribed discreetly inside (removable if required). Your dress size will be specified by you in the order. To select your size please refer to the size chart, as well as the information on the product page. We hope that this will be all you require for you to work out which size to order. Should you however, need any further help, please either phone or email via the contact page for more measurements of the selected garment. Please have a dress-maker's tape measure to hand when calling to facilitate this process.
